Shipping

Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship domestically using UPS.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping via USPS on orders over $100. You can see if your order qualifies by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in the shopping cart. Free shipping transit time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking and insurance.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from oloorii.com. We ship internationally with DHL Express Mail for a flatrate of $50. All brokerage fees are included, however oloorii.com is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. DHL Express Mail generally takes 2 to 5 business days, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.
