All Oloorii pieces are handmade in small batches.
Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or bead placement may occur — these are natural features of artisanal craftsmanship, not defects.
Each piece is unique and reflects the individuality of handmade design.

Orders & Payments

Orders placed on www.oloorii.com are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is unavailable, a payment issue arises, or suspicious activity is detected.
Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours.

Payments are accepted securely through the approved gateways shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details and authorize Oloorii to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

Pre-Orders & Production Timelines

For pre-order and made-to-order items, please note:

Each piece is individually handcrafted after your order is confirmed.
Production typically requires 8–10 weeks depending on materials and production volume.
Timelines may vary due to material availability or seasonal workload.

Oloorii is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as shipping carriers or customs, but we will always communicate updates promptly.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has entered production.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email Olooriig@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order number for review.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or DHL.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Oloorii is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
